(1) drum scraper blade is damaged or scratched by sharp object on the drum;
(2) magnetic roller scraper local damage;
(3) Printer (generally mean paper guide channel) contaminated by toner.
General repair methods:
(1) first observe whether outputs proofs were blurred black belt shape, if it is, clean or replace the drum scraper. If not, then check whether the drum is scratched longitudinal traces, if any, then check whether the drum scraper partial damage, in general, the output proofs Vertical black line, indicating the drum longitudinal (circumferential direction ) has obvious scratches, which can only replace the drum.
(2) If it is not the problem on the drum, magnetic roller scraper can check whether there is a foreign body or defect. The solution is to clean the magnetic roller scraper or replace magnetic roller scraper.
